Monte Caro amarone is an important and structured red wine made exclusively from Corvina, Corvinone and Rondinella grapes. Refine in barrel according to specification. The glass is intense ruby red in color. The nose reveals intense and clear hints of ripe cherry, black cherry, small berries, followed by spicy notes. In the mouth it is dry, soft, enveloping, of good freshness and great balance.

Giovanni Canonica's Barolo Paiagallo is made from Nebbiolo grapes from the hectare and a half of the Paiagallo vineyard located between 300 and 400 meters above sea level. Refine in concrete and Slavonian oak barrels of 20 hectoliters for at least 2 years. The Paiagallo is pale red with orange shades. Fine and elegant nose of ripe fruit, spicy notes and balsamic accents. In the mouth it is fresh, full, elegant, almost earthy with well integrated tannins. Very long finish. Only 6000 bottles produced.
