Poggio ai Mori Chianti Classico by San Donatino is a unique red wine, a genuine and fascinating expression of the denomination, made from 100% Sangiovese grapes. Spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts in 15 hl truncated cone vats with 50% of the whole cluster mass. Aging in 600 l oak barrels for one years.

Intense ruby red color with slightly grenade nails. The nose opens with floral purple scents, with hints of ripe plum and marasca, and spicy notes of cloves, black pepper and licorice. On the palate it is hot, vigorous, with delicate tannins and long persistence.

The Ventisei is vinified in purity with Pinot Nero grapes in purity. It is produced in Mugello, a territory of Tuscany where vines of Nordic tradition find the conditions to express an original typicality. It has a pale ruby red color. The nose is delicate with aromas of red fruit such as black cherry and cherry, and notes of withered rose petals. On the palate it is warm, enveloping, the tannin is fine, and the sweet spices and tobacco remain on the long finish.
