Bobotti is the pure cannonau produced by Piergraziano Sanna, a whimsical winemaker from Mamoiada. A feminine wine, according to the intentions of its creator, able to brighten up the romantic couple's dinners. Bobotti is the black man who according to Sardinian tradition scares children. The nose is fruity, with flavors of raspberries and ripe plums, notes of Mediterranean scrub and spices. The taste is warm, full-bodied, of excellent freshness and pleasantly tannic. "Barrosu" is a powerful red wine made from Cannonau grapes. It has a dark ruby red color. Fruity nose with a balsamic trace and aromas of capers, thyme and Mediterranean scrub. On the palate it is full-bodied, enveloping and savory. It closes very persistently. A deep and elegant Cannonau.
