Lacaldera has purple red color with beautiful reflections that tend to garnet. Nose smells of red fruit, smells of citrus and sulfureous notes. In the mouth it is vinous, with body, with soft tannins and good acidity.

The Monocromo Rosso by Mario Macciocca is a complex red wine made from Cesanese di Affile grapes. Refine for a few months in steel. The nose is mainly expressed with fruity notes. The mouth is structured with abundant tannins and a nice dynamic taste.

Cirsium is a red wine made from Cesanese di Affile grapes that come from a vineyard of about 1 hectare, planted in 1953 and cultivated with sapling. Aging in French oak barrels for about 18 months. After bottling it rests for at least 2 years. It has a ruby red color with garnet hues. The bouquet on the nose is elegant, with hints of cherry, wild berries and tobacco. In the mouth the touch is silky, fine with a long finish.
