Davide Xodo's Tai Rosso is a fresh and juicy wine obtained from the grapes of the same name. Spontaneous vinification and maceration for 14 days, without temperature control. Subsequent aging of 6 months in fiberglass. Bottled without filtration.

Sollùchero by Nevio Scala is the most fragrant wine of the company, the result of the dry expression of white and yellow Moscato grapes that come from the vineyard overlooking the old courtyard of the cellar. The wine expresses itself with aromatic hints that mainly recall yellow-fleshed fruit, citrus fruits and white flowers, while the sip shows a sweet, soft and persistent nature on the palate.

Grapes: 60% Cabernet Franc , 40% Merlot.
Alcohol content: 13.5%.
Aging: 16 months in concrete tank, 5% undergoes a passage in oak tonneau.
