Une Tranche by Philippe Jambon is a red wine obtained from a blend of Grenache, Sirah and Mourvedre, grapes that come from vineyards located in Vaison-la-Romaine (Rhone). Spontaneous fermentation with carbonic maceration seeds. Aged in concrete tanks and bottled without sulphites.

Joseph Chamonard's Morgon is a red wine produced with Gamay grapes that come from one of the best areas of Beaujolais. Vineyards with an average age of 70 located on soils rich in shale. During the vinification the bunches are not de-stemmed but are left whole. A carbonic maceration process and a spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts follows. Refine 60% of the product in wood. It has a ruby ​​red color. On the nose the aromas are intense with small red fruits and earthy hints. In the mouth it is full-bodied and enveloping, with young tannins and good freshness. It closes with a long and fresh finish.
