RED WINES

The Reconteso is a red wine made from Massaretta and other red grapes, vinified and aged only in steel. The nose is fruity, with small red fruits with notes of spices and wildflowers. On the palate it is medium bodied, mineral and juicy, supported by fine tannins. A wine that looks at local traditions.

Region: Liguria.

Grapes: Massaretta, Canaiolo, Alicante e Merlot.

Alcohol content: 13%.

Aging: 8 months on the fine lees in steel.

Julian Freres 's Vin de France rouge is a drinkable, fresh and clean wine obtained from a blend of Merlot, Syrah, Grenaches, Carignan. The bottle runs out immediately, thank goodness it's in a liter format.
