It is produced from red grapes found at around 300 meters above sea level, on calcareous and skeletal soils, capable of producing mineral and juicy wines. In the cellar, the grapes ferment spontaneously using only indigenous yeasts. It is the ideal wine for celebrating and toasting, all accompanied by a nice pasta and beans.
