Spontaneous fermentation with 3 weeks maceration. Aging in steel for 12 months. It is a pleasant Cabernet Franc that does not lack, at the same time, freshness. You can enjoy it immediately or you can decide to keep it for a few years.

No Sulfite No Cry by Lilian Bauchet is a vibrant and fruity red wine produced with Gamay grapes that come from one of the best areas of Beaujolais. Vineyards with an average age of 70 located on soils rich in shale. During the vinification the bunches are not de-stemmed but are left whole. This is followed by a 3-week carbonic maceration process and a spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts. Refine in wood. 100% approved by Bob Marley.
