Jean Foillard's Morgon Classique is a red wine made from Gamay grapes from old vines located on soils rich in Maganese and schists. Vinification with spontaneous fermentation and semi-carbonic maceration, a typical practice of the area. It continues its aging in wood for 6 months. It has a garnet red color with aromas ranging from rhubarb, blackberry, pepper and cinnamon. In the mouth it is light with tannins are silky and very drinkable.
