Obtained with Dolcetto grapes, the result of a blend of grapes harvested in the Rué and Monrobiolo vineyards. The vinification takes place in concrete tanks and ages for 9 months in large wood. Dolcetto di Mascarello has a ruby red color with elegant aromas reminiscent of red fruit, herbs and spices. On the palate it is robust, warm, enveloping with a long finish. A wine considered minor to which the same attention is paid as Barolo.
