The nose recognizes hints of red fruit. balsamic, herbaceous, and the scent of the Mediterranean scrub. In the mouth it is full-bodied, fresh, with integrated tannins, with a long finish.>

The Taurasi di Perillo is a red wine obtained from pure Aglianico grapes. A structured and important wine that spontaneously ferments in steel and wooden vats, and refines in cask and barrique for 20 months and for many others in bottle. Deep ruby red color. On the nose the aromas are intense and elegant with hints of ripe fruit, cherry and blackberry, and notes of ash, wet earth, cocoa and licorice. On the sip it has a great structure, with excellent freshness and flavor. Dense and soft tannins.
