Rosh is a wine produced following a little the taste of the Abruzzo tradition for red wines, hence the name "lu rosh". The grapes used are red with a small part of white grapes, to give it a little freshness and greater drinkability. A wine of great juiciness and freshness, which tastes of red fruit.

Sauro by Aurete is an excellent wine from syrah grapes that grow on clayey-clay soils. Spontaneous fermentation in amphora with maceration on the skins for 6 days. Aging on fine lees for 5 months in clayver stoneware. A brilliant and very original interpretation of one of the most classic international grapes.
