Berteru Sas de Melas is a red wine produced with 100% Cannonau grapes that come from the vineyard called "del Nuraghe Sas de Melas". Aging in steel tanks for nine months. The result is a wine swith an elegant tone with a predominance of red berried fruits, which vary from strawberry to blood orange, to rediscover plum, candied cherry and a touch of pomegranate. Scents of aromatic herbs such as sage emerge which introduce the balsamic note of cloves and juniper berries. A fresh entry, delicate tannins and a body that echoes the red fruit and its pulp, bring attention to intensity and progression. The drink is accompanied by omnipresent salinity.

Zibbo by Marco Canneddu is an authentic and representative Cannonau, produced with grapes from old vineyards located in Mamoiada. Li Sureddi Rosso by Antichi Vigneti Manca is a red wine of great density and slightly sweetish as per the Romangia winemaking tradition. Bobotti is the pure cannonau produced by Piergraziano Sanna, a whimsical winemaker from Mamoiada. A feminine wine, according to the intentions of its creator, able to brighten up the romantic couple's dinners. Bobotti is the black man who according to Sardinian tradition scares children. The nose is fruity, with flavors of raspberries and ripe plums, notes of Mediterranean scrub and spices. The taste is warm, full-bodied, of excellent freshness and pleasantly tannic.
