Ar.Pe.Pe's Pettirosso Valtellina Superiore DOCG is a red wine produced using Nebbiolo grapes (Chiavennasca), coming from vineyards located on calcareous and pebbly soils. Aging takes place for 12 months in large wooden barrels. On the nose fine and elegant aromas of red fruits and flowers, with spicy notes. On the palate it is fresh, perfectly balanced in the fusion between acidity and tannic texture. Very long finish.

The "Ipazia" Bonarda by the glass has an intense and brilliant ruby red color, with violet reflections that are found in the creamy foam. In the mouth it has a good structure, a fine balance between fine-grained tannins and a sugary residue, and a persistent finish.

Gaggiarone Dintorni is a red wine obtained from pure Croatina grapes that come from old vines that grow on clayey soils with the presence of chalk-tuff. Refine for 2 years in concrete and then in bottle for a year. Before bottling it does not undergo either clarification or filtration. It has a garnet red color, with a large bouquet of red fruit, spicy and balsamic notes. In the mouth it is dry, warm, full-bodied with a long finish on a nice bitter background.
