RED WINES

The refinement in large wooden barrels, although brief, allows the wine to be given a certain complexity and character, without however masking its freshness and liveliness. The Barbera d'Asti DOCG by Olek Bondonio is a wine made from grapes that come from a 30-year-old vineyard. Ferments with the skins for two weeks and refines in large barrels and steel. It is a broad-shouldered barbera, where acidity, tannin and fruit come out strongly. A wine with character, it releases energy but also elegance and cleanliness.
