The Litrozzo Rosso from Azienda Agricola Le Coste is a red wine obtained from a blend of red grapes. Manual grape harvest and spontaneous fermentation thanks to indigenous yeasts without the addition of sulfur dioxide. Aging in resin vat for a few months and then immediately in the bottle. Litrozzo Rosso is ruby red in color. The nose has an aromatic profile all played on the tones of red fruit. The sip is soft and juicy, with good body and balanced in acidity, and with a good finish. Gianmarco and Clementine bring an extremely pure product to the table, with an overwhelming drink.

E' ROSSO! di Poderi Cellario is my grandfather's wine simple and fragrant with hints of blackberry and pink fruit on one side and a note of leather a little animal on the other. Spontaneous fermentation with 10 days of maceration. Aging in 100 hl cement tanks for one year, uncleared. It is offered in a fun one-liter bottle.

Nù Litr Rosso is a red wine that comes from pure Negroamaro grapes. Fermentation is spontaneous with maceration on the skins for 5 days in open vats with manual breaking of the cap. Unfiltered wine. The nose recognizes aromas of red fruit and spicy hints. The sip is satisfying, true, fresh, with unobtrusive tannins. Wonderful daily wine.
