Ut Bibendum is a red wine obtained from a blend of Canaiolo, black Malvasia and Pugnitello. The grapes come from old 50-year-old vineyards raised in biodynamic, located at about 160 meters above sea level on soils rich in clay, silt and sand. Spontaneous vinification with 48-hour maceration. Aging in 10 Hl French wood for 4 months and then steel until bottling.

Gueli's "Calcareus" is a full-bodied red wine made from Nero d'Avola grapes. It takes its name from the “Limestone” soils of the Scintilla, rich in calcium, stony and fertile which give the wine great freshness and drinkability. The Cuna by Podere Santa Felicita is a red wine made from Pinot Noir grapes. Fermentation takes place with indigenous yeasts only in open oak and chestnut vats of 4.5 and 7 quintals.
