Ut Bibendum is a red wine obtained from a blend of Canaiolo, black Malvasia and Pugnitello. The grapes come from old 50-year-old vineyards raised in biodynamic, located at about 160 meters above sea level on soils rich in clay, silt and sand. Spontaneous vinification with 48-hour maceration. Aging in 10 Hl French wood for 4 months and then steel until bottling.

Aging: Some months in oak barrels and then in the bottle.
