U'Carusu is a wine produced with 100% Nero d'Avola grapes. The name is a tribute to the Carusi, the children who were used very young in the nearby sulfur mines in the last century. Spontaneously fermented in concrete tanks, maceration on the skins for a single day and aging in concrete. A wine that wants to be spontaneous, sharp, fruity and with good acidity

“Erbatino” by Gueli It owes its name to the chalky soils rich in minerals, which in the local dialect are called “Erbatino”. Produced with Nero d'Avola grapes, it is vinified in concrete tanks, and refines for at least two years in oak barrels. It offers balsamic aromas to the nose from which various notes of aromatic herbs emerge, while in the background a light fruity nuance makes room. The taste is warm and consistent, guided by an evident but never invasive tannic texture.

Gueli's "Calcareus" is a full-bodied red wine made from Nero d'Avola grapes. It takes its name from the “Limestone” soils of the Scintilla, rich in calcium, stony and fertile which give the wine great freshness and drinkability. The refinement takes place for 24-30 months in wooden barrels with a capacity of 220 liters, and then, after bottling, the wine ages for another 6 months in glass. A wine that gives hints of ripe cherry, which are followed by notes of aromatic and balsamic herbs. At the sip it is of excellent body, with a decisive and elegant sip, characterized by a good freshness.
