The Barbaresco of Cascina Roccalini is a full-bodied and very elegant red wine made from Nebbiolo grapes.The color is bright ruby ​​red with a nose that expresses aromas of red fruits, spicy and tertiary aromas. In the mouth it is elegant, deep, very mineral and with tannins present, vigorous but at the same time delicate.

Red wine obtained from a blend of Corvina Veronese, Rondinella and Molinara. The vinification is carried out in steel barrels for about 10-12 days at a controlled temperature and re-fermented on the still warm and sugar-rich Amarone pomace immediately after the Amarone is racked. Aging in oak barrels for about 2-3 years and at least 6 months in the bottle. The color is ruby ​​red tending to garnet with aging. On the nose the aromas are intense, with notes of ripe fruit and berries. Persistent on the palate with hints of vanilla, ripe cherry, tobacco and spices.

Region: Veneto.

Grapes: 65% Corvina Veronese, 30% Rondinella, 5% Molinara.

Alcohol content: 14.5%.

Aging: In oak barrels for about 3/4 years and at least 6 months in the bottle.
