The Chianti by Casale is a red wine made from Sangiovese, Canaiolo and Colorino grapes that come from old 50-year-old vines grown in biodynamic. It ages for eight years in a concrete tank and 2 years in a large chestnut barrel. On the nose the aromas are reminiscent of ripe red berry fruit, dried fruit, floral with notes of incense. The sip is very large and elegant, with integrated tannins and good freshness. Closes persistently.

The "Stella Retica" Valtellina Superiore Sassella by Ar.Pe.Pe is a red wine produced using Nebbiolo (Chiavennasca) grapes, coming from vineyards located on calcareous and pebbly soils. Refinement takes place for 2 years in large oak barrels. On the nose fine and elegant aromas of red fruits and flowers, with spicy notes. On the palate it is fresh, savory, enveloping, with silky tannins. Very long finish.

Pecoranera is a tannic wine, with good acidity and softness obtained from red grapes. The Barolo Ravera di Principiano is a red wine made from Nebbiolo grapes that come from an almost fifty-year-old vineyard located in the Ravera sub-area in Monforte d'Alba. Refine for twenty-four months in 15-hectolitre barrels. The nose is intense with hints of dark fruit, black cherries and black cherries, followed by tertiary notes of spices, leather, tobacco and incense. On the palate it is warm and enveloping, balanced and structured, with fine and elegant tannins. It closes long on fruity notes.
