The Rosso di Valtellina is a harmonious and fine wine obtained from Nebbiolo grapes that come from the vineyards located in Chiuro, in the province of Sondrio, located at 200-400 meters s.l.m. It has a light ruby red color. The nose expresses hints of small red fruits and flowers, with vegetal and spicy notes. On the palate the good acidity and body make its way, good minerality and fine, silky tannins. Long and fine finish.
Region: Lumbardy.
Grapes: Nebbiolo.
Alcohol content: 12,5%.
Aging: In the cask for 8 months and in bottle for about 6 years.

Infrarouge is a red wine produced from 100% Pinot Noir grapes. Aging in barriques and demi-muids for 10 months. The nose recognizes aromas of small red fruits, with herbaceous and spicy notes. On the palate it is elegant and refined, with fine tannins, and beautiful freshness. Long and persistent finish. A Pinot Noir full of the flavors of the Alsatian terroir!
