It has an intense ruby red color with fruity and floral aromas.On the palate it is structured, with evident tannins and supported by a beautiful freshness. "Saltamartì" by Els Vinyerons is a juicy red wine, dominated by plum, currant and raspberry tones. Obtained from Tempranillo grapes of the 2022 vintage which are macerated on the skins for 3 days before aging in steel tanks. In the next phase, it is combined with part of the 2021 vintage which ages for 12 months in old 300 L French oak barrels. Finally, the wine was left to rest in tanks for a few weeks before bottling. The result is a rich and generous red wine, which well expresses the terroir of origin and the strong bond with tradition.

Tattouine di Matassa is a red wine made from 90% Grenache Gris grapes, and 10% Grenache Noir grapes. The grapes come from century-old vineyards located on rocky soils. Manual grape harvest and soft pressing done in a small vat with the feet. Spontaneous fermentation with maceration of 3 weeks for grapes coming from a parcel of shale. Light alcohol content and scents of fruit and spices for a light, slender and thirst-quenching sip.
