TZERB eRetico di Orto Tellinum is a wine obtained mainly from Chiavennasca grapes to which small quantities of Rossola, Brugnola, Pignola, Traunasca, Merlina and other rare and autochthonous ones that come from old vines cultivated in a natural way are added. "Tzerb" "is the word used in the local dialect to indicate an abandoned land. The vinification takes place with spontaneous fermentation with long macerations on the skins that can last up to 30 days. Refine for 12 months in steel.

Berteru Sa Cava de Pulenaria is a red wine produced with 100% Cannonau grapes that come from the vineyard called "Sa Cava de Pulenaria", which is located on granite soils. Aging in steel tanks for nine months. A wine with aromas of red berried fruits, pomegranate and blackberry, followed by notes of dried herbs, black tea, juniper, rosemary and hints of smoke. The entry highlights the freshness that streamlines the texture. Velvety tannins and meandering sapidity. Overall, the wine is dynamic and has an excellent structure which is always accompanied by a youthful flair. Time to look away and the wine in the bottle has already drunk it all.

Primordio by Cantina Giara is a red wine obtained from pure Primitivo grapes, coming from old sapling-trained vines.The vinification takes place spontaneously with only indigenous yeasts with a maceration on the skins between 10 and 12 days depending on the vintage, Aging in steel for 12 months. Berteru Sas de Melas is a red wine produced with 100% Cannonau grapes that come from the vineyard called "del Nuraghe Sas de Melas". Aging in steel tanks for nine months. The result is a wine swith an elegant tone with a predominance of red berried fruits, which vary from strawberry to blood orange, to rediscover plum, candied cherry and a touch of pomegranate. Scents of aromatic herbs such as sage emerge which introduce the balsamic note of cloves and juniper berries. A fresh entry, delicate tannins and a body that echoes the red fruit and its pulp, bring attention to intensity and progression. The drink is accompanied by omnipresent salinity.
