Lautazio is a red wine made from Ciliegiolo grapes that ages in glass-cement containers for the whole winter and undergoes the first racking with the waning February moon. Talpa by Luigi Fersini is a red wine crafted with respect for the land and the grapes. Il Mille is a red wine obtained from a blend of Pallagrello Nero, Aglianico e Piedirosso. The grapes come from biodynamic vineyards that are located on volcanic soils. The vinification is spontaneous with only indigenous yeasts and the refinement takes place in concrete tanks. It does not undergo either clarification or filtration before being bottled. Il Mille has an intense ruby red color. The nose gives us intense aromas of pink fruit with notes of blackberry and floral and spicy touches. On the palate it is of medium intensity, soft with nice freshness and good persistence.
