Une Tranche by Philippe Jambon is a red wine obtained from a blend of Grenache, Sirah and Mourvedre, grapes that come from vineyards located in Vaison-la-Romaine (Rhone). Spontaneous fermentation with carbonic maceration seeds. Aged in concrete tanks and bottled without sulphites.
Region: Francia, Chasselas, Beaujolais.
Grape variety: 55% Grenache, 35% Sirah, 15% Mourvedres.
Alcohol content: 13%.
