RED WINES

Sacrisassi Rosso is an elegant and velvety red wine that comes from a blend of Refosco and Schioppettino. Aging takes place for 22 months in barrique. It has a ruby ​​red color with intense aromas of red fruit, ink, black pepper and china. The palate confirms this spiciness and the fruity note remains in the mouth for a long time.

Region: Friuli Venezia Giulia

Grapes: 60% Schioppettino, 40% Refosco

Alcohol content: 13,5%.

Aging: 8 months in barrique.

The Cuna by Podere Santa Felicita is a red wine made from Pinot Noir grapes. Fermentation takes place with indigenous yeasts only in open oak and chestnut vats of 4.5 and 7 quintals. Refine on the fine lees in used Burgundian barrels of 228 liters. Ruby red in color with aromas of red fruit reminiscent of strawberry, red currant, bay leaf, lavender and rosemary. In the mouth it is a burst of acidity with fresh tannins and a long finish.

Alcohol content: 13.5%.

Aging: From 15 to 18 months in used barriques and bottled without filtration.
