Ô Galarneau! Mai & Kenji Hodgson is a red wine obtained from a lend of several plots of Cabernet Franc from Rablay-sur-Layon, in particular on the prestigious plot of Les Rouliers. Spontaneous fermentation with 3 weeks maceration. Aging in steel for 12 months. It is a pleasant Cabernet Franc that does not lack, at the same time, freshness. You can enjoy it immediately or you can decide to keep it for a few years.

Thierry Puzelat's KO in Cot We Trust is made from grapes of the Côt vine, better known as Malbec. The grapes for the Ko come from a vineyard of 1905 and one of 1973 still free of foot with a yield of only 25 hl / ha. Spontaneous fermentation and aging in wooden barrels.
