Zimò by Marco Caneddu is a red wine made from 100% Cannonau grapes that come from the youngest vines. Maceration of about 10 days in large tubs, and aging in steel for 12 months. The result is a wine whose nose is dominated by spicy sensations with hints of Mediterranean scrub, juniper and myrtle; beautiful floral notes that give the wine elegance and great drinkability. In the mouth it is fresh and juicy, with a refreshing acidity and a sapidity that lighten the sip.
