Karim Vionnet's Fleurie is the gentle, floral soul of Beaujolais, a pure Gamay that blossoms amidst granite and gneiss soils. True to the name of its Cru, this wine enchants with its innate grace, born from 40-60 year-old vines cultivated with a radical organic approach and profound respect for the land. Vinified with indigenous yeasts and minimal intervention, it reveals itself in the glass with a subtle elegance: a bouquet of rose petals, violets, and crunchy berries. On the palate, it is pure silk, supported by a subtle minerality and a vibrant freshness that invites continued sipping.
