The Ventisei is vinified in purity with Pinot Nero grapes in purity. It is produced in Mugello, a territory of Tuscany where vines of Nordic tradition find the conditions to express an original typicality. It has a pale ruby red color. The nose is delicate with aromas of red fruit such as black cherry and cherry, and notes of withered rose petals. On the palate it is warm, enveloping, the tannin is fine, and the sweet spices and tobacco remain on the long finish.

The Forestiero di Collecapretta is a powerful and elegant red wine that comes from pure Sagrantino grapes. A handful of bunches that are harvested by hand and spontaneously vinified in open vats with maceration on the skins for 6 days. It refines in fiberglass and is bottled with the waning moon without filtering and adding sulfur. A wine where floral, fruity notes of truffle herbs, cocoa and oriental spices emerge on the nose. On the palate the tannins are very fine. Very elegant wine!

Campo di Raina is a red wine obtained from the homonymous grapes coming from the Di Campo Raina vineyard. Aging for 14 months in 5 hl French tonneaux, 6 months in stainless steel and finally 6 months in bottle before being put on the market. The nose expresses notes of red fruit where blackberry, currant, black cherry jam and spicy hints are recognized. In the mouth it is warm, robust, enveloping with impetuous tannins at a young age that will become fine with the passage of time, a persistent finish with fruity hints. Is of a deep ruby red color. Gaggiarone Dintorni is a red wine obtained from pure Croatina grapes that come from old vines that grow on clayey soils with the presence of chalk-tuff. Refine for 2 years in concrete and then in bottle for a year. Before bottling it does not undergo either clarification or filtration. It has a garnet red color, with a large bouquet of red fruit, spicy and balsamic notes. In the mouth it is dry, warm, full-bodied with a long finish on a nice bitter background.
