RED WINES

Brio Pop is a fresh and fruity red wine that ages in steel and has a lively ruby ​​red color. The nose expresses aromas of red pulp fruits and flowers, with spicy and vinous notes. In the mouth it is fresh, dry and savory, with a harmonious and pleasant finish.

Grapes: Cabernet Franc, Barbera and Tocai Rosso.

Cio Bacaro is a pure Tai Rosso that embodies the excellence of the Colli Berici region. Produced from hand-harvested grapes and made using spontaneous fermentation, it is aged for 18 months in French oak barrels and a further 12 months in the bottle, developing elegance, structure, and complexity. On the nose, it offers intense aromas of ripe red fruit and spices, while on the palate, it is enveloping, balanced, and persistent.

Region: Veneto.

Grapes: Tai rosso.

Aging: 18 months in oak tonneaux

Valpolicella Ripasso di Monte dei Ragni is a full-bodied, structured red wine, the younger brother of Amarone. It is vinified with the Ripasso technique and aged for about 30 months in old large barrels.

Region: Veneto.

Grapes: 55% Corvina Veronese, 40% Rondinella, 5% Molinara.

Alcohol content: 15.5%.

Aging: In oak barrels for about 3/4 years and at least 6 months in the bottle.
