Red wine obtained from a blend of Corvina Veronese, Rondinella and Molinara which come from vineyards located in Valgatara in the heart of Valpolicella with a very varied, calcareous soil rich in skeleton and well drained. The vinification is carried out in steel barrels for about 10-12 days at a controlled temperature. Aging in steel tanks for about 1-2 years and at least 3 months in the bottle. The color is ruby red with violet reflections of the right body, with the scent of red currant and raspberries, harmonious and velvety fresh in the mouth with hints of fresh fruit.

Aging: 24 months in steel and at least 6 months in the bottle.

Valpolicella DOC from Montenigo is a fine and mineral red wine with aromatic notes of red fruit and spices. Obtained from Corvina and Rondinella grapes, it ages in oak vats for ten months and is then bottled without filtration.

The vinification is carried out in steel barrels for about 10-12 days at a controlled temperature and re-fermented on the still warm and sugar-rich Amarone pomace immediately after the Amarone is racked. Aging in oak barrels for about 2-3 years and at least 6 months in the bottle. The color is ruby red tending to garnet with aging. On the nose the aromas are intense, with notes of ripe fruit and berries. Persistent on the palate with hints of vanilla, ripe cherry, tobacco and spices.

The Valpolicella Classico Superiore Camporenzo di Monte dall'Ora is a red wine obtained from the classic Veronese vines; Corvina, Corvinone and Rondinella from the Camporenzo vineyard located on the hill of San Pietro in Cariano. Aging for 4 months in small second / third passage wooden barrels and further refinement in the bottle before being put on the market. The color is ruby red with intense aromas of ripe fruit and spicy hints. In the mouth it is warm, fresh, with delicate tannins and a long fruity finish.

Amarone di Monte dall'Ora is a powerful and complex red wine obtained from a blend of Corvina, Corvinone and Rondinella that come from 50-year old vines still cultivated with the "married vine" system. The refinement takes place in tonneaux of 5 hl of French oak for 4 years and in bottle for 12 months. The nose recalls dried grapes, with hints of cherry, plum and undergrowth, then closing with integral and refined aromas of pepper, spices and balsamic hints. In the mouth it is enveloping , dense and complex, with a very long persistence.

Amarone della Valpolicella Classico DOCG Moropio by Antolini is the king of Valpolicella, produced with grapes harvested in the "Morópio" vineyard, located on the hills of the Marano valley. Antolini's Valpolicella Ripasso Classico Superiore is a red wine scented with red fruits, and which is fresh, savory on the palate, with velvety and enveloping tannins. Obtained from Corvina, Corvinone and Rondinella grapes, Ripasso is a bridge between the young Valpolicella and the "adults" Amarone and Recioto because it is produced by refermenting the vintage wine for 5/7 days on the pomace of the dried Amarone and Recioto grapes . Excellent to taste with first courses with succulent seasonings, red meats and not too mature cheeses.

The Valpolicella Classico Superiore Persegà by Antolini is a red wine produced from Corvina, Corvinone and Rondinella grapes, which ages in old oak barrels for 12 months. Amarone di Aldrighetti is a splendid wine obtained from a blend of Corvina Veronese, Rondinella and Molinara which come from vineyards located in Valgatara in the heart of Valpolicella with a very varied, calcareous soil rich in skeleton and well drained. Aging in oak barrels for about 3/4 years and at least 6 months in the bottle. Wide on the nose, with fresh and decisive aromas of red fruits such as blackberry and cherry, spicy tones reminiscent of chocolate and toasting and sweet notes of vanilla. In the mouth it is warm, balanced, persistent, soft tannins, with hints of leather, liqueur and notes of withering on the finish is an intense ruby red color.
