“Printemps” by Simon Busser is a red wine with intense notes of dark fruit, which unfolds with pleasantness and clean taste, with a nice body and acid strength. The result of a blend of Malbec and Merlot, it is vinified with long maceration on the skins and maturation in concrete tanks for 12 months. Unfiltered, and without added SO2.

Sang del Pais is a red wine produced with the Le Fer Servadou grape, an autochthonous grape from the South-West of France. Aging is in steel and some months in the bottle. It has a ruby red color with violet reflections. On the nose the aromas play between spices, pepper, red fruits and cassis. In the mouth it is warm, fresh with mordant tannins, pleasant.

The Cahors Clos Siguier "Classique" by Clos Siguier is a deep and tannic red wine made from Malbec and Tannat grapes. Typical grapes of the area that come from vineyards of 35 that grow on calcareous soils. Manual harvest. Spontaneous fermentation, with indigenous yeasts only with maceration of 3 weeks. Refinement in steel. No filtration.
