RED WINES

The Majas Rouge is a red wine obtained from a blend of Carignan and Grenache Noir. Refine for a few months in steel. It has a beautiful bright ruby ​​red color with a nose that expresses a lot of red fruit, blueberry, red cherry and spicy hints. In the mouth the tannins are elegant and fine, a pleasant acidity with superb minerality.

Ezo di Les Vins du Cabanon is a deep and complex red wine made from Syrah and Merlot grapes that come from 30-40 year old vines grown on granite soils with gravel and shale deposits. Manual collection. In the cellar, a carbon steel maceration is carried out followed by spontaneous fermentation with only indigenous yeasts. Aging in steel, and it is not filtered or clarified.
