Jalava by Le Temps des Cerises is a light and delicately fruity red wine based on cinsault, obtained with a 10-day carbonic maceration. The first vintage is from 2018, when Alex, due to problems in the vineyard, decided not to produce some of his cuvées, and with the remaining grapes, he produced a new wine that reflected the season. To produce the 2021 vintage, to reflect the original concept, Alex harvested in several passes. It is low in alcohol and can be served cold like a rosé.ty.

Ellittico by Vinyer de la Ruca is a red wine based on Grenache and Carignan which refines in exhausted barriques for eight months. Currant and raspberry juice. Slender, graceful mouth. Barely hinted tannins and compulsive drinking. Bottle with crown cap.

Casse Tete by Es d'Aqui Jean-Louis Pinto is a deep and complex red wine, made from equal parts Cabernet Sauvignon and Carignan. Vinification with maceration on the skins for twenty days in whole bunches and refinement on the fine lees in terracotta jars. The nose reveals intense and pleasant hints of ripe red fruit, followed by a full and balanced sip, with fine and smooth tannins.

The Majas Rouge is a red wine obtained from a blend of Carignan and Grenache Noir. Refine for a few months in steel. It has a beautiful bright ruby red color with a nose that expresses a lot of red fruit, blueberry, red cherry and spicy hints. In the mouth the tannins are elegant and fine, a pleasant acidity with superb minerality.
