The Marnes Grise Arbois Rouge by Guillaume Gilet is a red wine obtained from 100% Poulsard grapes. The grapes are only partially destemmed before fermentation and macerated for 13 days on the skins. After fermentation, the wine ages for 10 months in steel. Notes of red fruit and spices emerge on the nose. On the palate it is warm, full-bodied and complex, fresh with fine tannins and a long persistence. A wine full of enthusiasm, which can be drunk in one go.

Cuveè Madelon di Ganevat is a still red wine obtained from a blend of 60/70% Gamay grapes from Fleurie and for the remainder with Trousseau et Enfariné, typical Jura grapes. The vines have an average of 70 years. The grapes ferment with indigenous yeasts, refining in foudre for about a year and bottling without filtration or clarification or addition. The Pinot Noir of Les Chais du Vieux Bourg is an elegant and fresh wine obtained from the grapes of the same name that come from the vineyard called Les Vernois which rests on soils composed of calcareous marl from Lias. It is an old Pinot Noir vineyard over 50 years old, made with vines from a mass selection of the best plants on the estate, selected on the basis of the quality and aromatic intensity of the grapes. Manual harvest and, in the cellar we proceed to the destemming and spontaneous vinification with a maceration on the skins for a couple of weeks. It is then aged in oak barrels for 2 or 3 years and is bottled with the addition of a very low percentage of sulphites.
