The Pinot Noir La Boudeuse by Les Terres Bariolées is made with grapes that come from a small vineyard located on schistose, marly and limestone soils. The vinification takes place with whole bunches for 15 days in stainless steel, with maturation in barrique for 8 months and subsequent decanting to make the mass in stainless steel for a month. Very low alcohol content and no added sulphites.
