The Neroir has a ruby red color of good transparency. On the nose the aromas are intense and with a dominion of the fruity component, where we can catch hints of cherry and berries, to which are added delicate floral, spicy and humus notes. In the mouth the entrance is of good intensity, with rather soft and smooth tannins, very pleasant balance, assisted by the tantalizing acidity that favors the pleasantness of drinking and the versatility in the gastronomic combination. The finish is pleasant with a fruity aftertaste.

Barbacarlo more than a wine is a legend. Obtained from the assembly of Croatina, Uva Rara and Ughetta, typical grapes of the Oltrepò Pavese. The name is dedicated to an old uncle of Lino called Carlo, in fact in the Pavia dialect "barba" means uncle. It refines without haste in the bottle, and if the fermentation has not been completely carried out in the barrel, it will bring with it a slight sugary residue that will give it a carbonic nature that will make it caressing and different from year to year.On the nose you can perceive notes of ripe red fruit and sweet spices. In the mouth it is powerful, juicy, full of panache, with vibrant tannins and a long savory finish. Each different vintage is an exciting discovery for those who love local wines and not approved ones.
