Giovanni Canonica's Barolo Paiagallo is made from Nebbiolo grapes from the hectare and a half of the Paiagallo vineyard located between 300 and 400 meters above sea level. Refine in concrete and Slavonian oak barrels of 20 hectoliters for at least 2 years. The Paiagallo is pale red with orange shades. Fine and elegant nose of ripe fruit, spicy notes and balsamic accents. In the mouth it is fresh, full, elegant, almost earthy with well integrated tannins. Very long finish. Only 6000 bottles produced.

The Barolo by Trediberri aims to best represent the terroir of La Morra in terms of drinkability and finesse. A Barolo that is never extremely powerful or alcoholic, but certainly balanced and characterized by a marked freshness, lends itself to being drunk young or medium aging. Perfect with meat main courses, castelmagno gnocchi, goat cheeses.
