Psychè is the red wine of Marenna that comes from a blend of Sangiovese and Cabernet Sauvignon. Aging takes place for 8 months between large oak, concrete and steel barrels. Lautazio is a red wine made from Ciliegiolo grapes that ages in glass-cement containers for the whole winter and undergoes the first racking with the waning February moon.
