RED WINES

The Barbaresco of Cascina Roccalini is a full-bodied and very elegant red wine made from Nebbiolo grapes.The color is bright ruby ​​red with a nose that expresses aromas of red fruits, spicy and tertiary aromas. In the mouth it is elegant, deep, very mineral and with tannins present, vigorous but at the same time delicate.

Aging: 12 months in Slavonian oak barrels.

"Bricco del Noce" from the Trinchero Agricultural Company is a Barbera rich in fruit and freshness, but at the same time capable of maintaining an admirable balance on the sip. During vinification it remains in contact with the skins for 30 days. It matures for two years in concrete tanks and large Slavonian oak barrels. It's a great Barbera.

Barolo La Foia by Nadia Curto is an intense, structured and full red wine. Expressive already at a young age, it moves elegantly in the mouth in a dance between withered flowers, small ripe fruits, liquorice and leather. The sip is fresh, but caloric, rightly tannic and never aggressive. A traditional Barolo of surprising readiness and with great evolution.

The  Barolo Bricco Boschis has ruby ​​red color with garnet, the nose has open and intense aromas of ripe red fruit, red flowers, spices. The taste is of great power and elegance with soft tannins already. Complex and fragrant drink young but with great aging potential.
