“P21” by Criante is a Perricone-based red wine. 6 days of maceration on the skins, spontaneous fermentation and subsequent aging on the fine lees for 8 months. It offers the nose with hints of red pulp fruit. In the mouth it is pleasantly enveloping, characterized by a nice acidity and a soft and enveloping tannic texture. Sketta by Cantina Marilina is a white wine obtained from grapes of Grecanico in purity with the ancestral method. The name means, in Sicilian dialect, young lady, single, today better known as single. The grapes come from vineyards located on the white calcareous soils of the Val di Noto, which give the wines beautiful structures and allow for longer refinements. Spontaneous vinification in concrete tanks and aging for 6 months in the same tanks and then in the bottle for 3 months.

The Rosso di contrada by Marabino is a wine that is an expression of the territory, with sweet tannins and good freshness. Produced from Nero d'Avola grapes coming from different vineyards: Coniglio, Lenza Lungo, Conca and Parrino, each characterized by different types of soil, exposure and slopes. To better understand the potential of each individual vineyard, each parcel is vinified and aged separately. After blending, the wine matures in steel tanks for a year, bottling takes place on the fruit days of the lunar calendar.
