The "Mephisto" by Domaine de l'Ecu is a red wine produced with 100% Cabernet Franc grapes. Refinement takes place for 15 months in terracotta amphora and old oak barrels. No clarification and filtration before being bottled. On the nose there are notes of red fruit, small thefts of the forest, enriched by hints of undergrowth and dried flowers. On the palate it is complex, full-bodied, warm, fleshy, with a pleasant freshness and lively tannins. Long finish for an extraordinary wine.

Bifaro Rosso is a wine made up of Magliocco, Guarnaccia Nera, Greco Nero, Malvasia Bianca, coming from an old vineyard planted in 1960. Spontaneous fermentation with 2 days of maceration on the skins. Refinement in steel. A wine that can give great emotions, with an intoxicating drink and aromas of pulpy and ripe fruit.
