The "Eretico di San Donatino" wine is a Cabernet Sauvignon which stands out for its complex aromatic profiles. U'Carusu is a wine produced with 100% Nero d'Avola grapes. The name is a tribute to the Carusi, the children who were used very young in the nearby sulfur mines in the last century. Libìci is the wind that blows in the plain of Nicotera but also a splendid wine obtained from grapes of with Magliocco Canino, a native Calabrian grape variety, in purity. Aging in steel tanks for 12 months. Ruby red color, the nose perceives aromas of dried fruit, floral and spicy notes. The entry into the mouth is silky with a light tannic texture, it is enveloping and leaves a good freshness. It is not an opulent wine, far from the classic muscular and cloying southern wines on the contrary, it is of great drink and elegance.
