Les Insouciantes by Didier Grappe is a red wine that comes from a cuvee of Poulsard, Trousseau, Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, vinified together with whole bunches not destemmed. Finesse and expression of the fruit on sensations of earth and stone. Zero added sulphites, Stelvin cork. Cleanliness and tension in the interpretation of the Jura style. Very few thick bottles.

The Clos Maire cuvée of Domaine Ratte is obtained from the vinification of a winning combination such as Trousseau and Pinot Noir. The grapes are destemmed directly in the vineyard, manually and the grapes arrive intact in the cellar: a semi-carbonic maceration gives this wine a lot of freshness and an exceptional fruitiness.
