Granual is an intense and energetic red wine that comes from that anarchic genius of the natural Sardinian wine Gianfranco Manca. A wine made from pure red grapes that make several weeks of maceration on the skins.These are grapes from old vines at over 700 m above sea level, grown without the use of synthetic chemicals and in the cellar the only ingredient used it's the grape, nothing else. Montisci's "Franzisca" Cannonau Riserva is a pulpy and overwhelming wine made from Cannonau grapes that come from 80-year-old vineyards.
