Frederic Cossard's Bedeau is a wine that comes from 100% Pinot Noir grapes from different selected plots where agriculture respects the principles of the company philosophy. The harvest is manual, with meticulous selection of the grapes. The traditional fermentation takes place in wooden vats for 5-6 weeks including the malolactic fermentation, with a subsequent rest on the lees. After maceration, the wine ages in barrique for a maximum of 3 years. The wine is on notes of red fruit with hints of raspberry and strawberry and hints of undergrowth. The Pouilly Fuissé "Climat" by Domaine Robert Denogent is a white wine based on Chardonnay in purity from the Burgundian sub-area of Maconnais, aged for 33 months in used oak barrels. The first vintage is 2019 because the frosts of spring 2019 have led to a poor yield of the other Crus and the Denogent have decided to assemble the various climat.
