The Saumur-Champigny of the Domaine des Roches Neuves is a fresh and elegant red wine made from Cabernet Franc grapes only, the most cultivated red berried grape in the Saumur area where it has perfectly acclimatised thanks to the particularity of the soil and climate. It ages for 4 months in steel and oak vats before being bottled. At sight it is ruby red in color. The nose expresses beautiful notes of blackberry, violet, coffee and leather. In the mouth it is full and tasty, fresh and well defined. Excellent closure, clean and persistent.

Domaine des Roches Neuves' Bulles de Roche is an expressive and mineral sparkling wine that was born and grown in Saumur, in the Loire, obtained from a blend of Chenin Blanc, 95% present, and Cabernet Franc, 5%. The base wine ages in wood used in which previously passes the Insolite It remains on the lees for 18 months. At sight it shows an intense yellow color.
